Right now, the stupid “Norton Ghost” is taking up anywhere from 75%-99% of the CPU. Is there any way I can turn off Norton Ghost so that this won’t happen in the future? We never even use this feature of Norton.

A long time ago back when I was younger, I was being stupid and used Limewire. My computer (not this one) was soon infected with adware and all that stuff. No it takes like an hour to start, and when I try to uninstall limwire it says the action is blocked or something like that. I just want to know if there is any way to just completely delete all the files on the computer and restart fresh.

Somehow, a program called Advanced Antivirus and one called Antispyprotect got put onto my computer. They are very annoying. Popups and system alertsoccur every minute telling me I have viruses and I need to activate the program. I tried to remove the programs from the control panel, but I could not find them on the list. If I don’t get rid of these programs, the popups are going to drive me crazy. Someone please help me rid myself of this problem.
